1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RunClaw ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RunClaw is a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for deploying and managing OpenClaw AI agents on messaging platforms. RunClaw provides hosting, built-in AI model access, and a management console.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Accounts are created via OAuth (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. RunClaw may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Fair Use & Quotas

Each plan includes a daily usage quota. RunClaw may throttle or temporarily restrict access if usage significantly exceeds fair-use limits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to distribute illegal content
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through your agent
• Attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or security measures
• Upload malicious files or use terminal access to compromise the platform
• Use AI agents to generate content that violates applicable laws

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all content produced by your agent. The Service is not intended for medical, legal, or financial advice. RunClaw is not liable for any AI-generated content.

8. User Responsibility for Agents

You are responsible for the behavior and output of your OpenClaw agent, including interactions with end-users on connected messaging platforms. You must independently comply with each messaging platform's terms of service.

9. Third-Party Services

AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) have their own terms and usage policies. User-provided API keys and channel credentials (bot tokens, app secrets) are your responsibility. RunClaw stores them for instance configuration but does not operate the messaging integrations directly—OpenClaw does.

10. Intellectual Property

RunClaw owns the platform, its code, and branding. You retain ownership of your configuration and content. OpenClaw is open-source software licensed under the MIT License.

11. Data & Termination

RunClaw may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. After subscription cancellation, your data is retained for 3 days and then permanently deleted. You may request account deletion at any time.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RunClaw does not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunClaw's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

RunClaw may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules.
